DELIVERY -Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel islands and Scottish Highlands / Islands will be subject to a delivery delay and incur an additional delivery cost. Please contact us for more details for delivery to these areas.-Large Items such as engines and full interiors are sent on pallets using a 3-5 working day service however may arrive significantly sooner.-We use a variety of delivery companies and services to offer the most cost effective delivery of your goods, all our carriers are chosen because they have the best combination of successful delivery rates, low damage reports and price for any given kind of delivery.-If you experience any problems with the delivery of an item, please contact us and we will look into any issues you are having. WARRANTY -All parts excluding ECU’s and electronic control boxes are covered by a 28 Day unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the listing.-Engine warranties are only valid if new cam belts, idlers & tensioners are fitted prior to a correct installation using recommended levels of consumables, proof will be required in the event of a claim. The warranty does not cover bolt on items like turbo’s, alternators, pumps, fans or sensors.-ALL OF OUR WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND ARE VALID FOR ITEMS IN THE UK ONLY.-RETURNS & REFUNDS-If you are unhappy with an item for whatever reason, please contact us via eBay message first as we are here to listen and always happy to help if we are unable to however we can then assist in arranging a return and refund.All items are closely inspected for defects prior to listing, security marked and carefully packaged before being sent in order to avoid courier damage. We ask all customers to inspect goods before signing for them to ensure they have not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses to wait, then simply sign as ‘DAMAGED’ so a claim can be made against them if necessary.If an item is damaged, faulty, or ‘not as described’ then you can return it for a full refund if a replacement part cannot be supplied. You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of receiving the item so collection can be arranged. Unfortunately any labour changes incurred are not covered and will not be refunded.UK vehicle recycling ltd operates a 28 day return policy for unwanted items, so the item must be returned back to us within 28 days of the sale date. The item will be inspected on return for our security marks, if these have been removed then we will be unable to process the refund as we are not able to establish if the returned item is the one originally sent out.If a part has been supplied correctly as per the eBay listing (error made by the buyer), or the part is no longer required you must contact us and return the item (at the cost of the buyer). You are still entitled to a refund but a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount to recover initial delivery, labour, packaging & restock costs as the item was correctly supplied.
